The Day Has Come!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So we have a car. When Laura reserved the car she asked how much it was going to be with everything included (ie. taxes, insurance etc). The lady on the phone said "$72.99." Laura said, "So that includes insurance and taxes...EVERYTHING?" The lady said, "Yes." Laura said, "So you are just going to charge $72.99 to my credit card?" The lady said, "Yes." I wasn't actually there on the phone...we didn't use that 3-way calling dealie but Laura has relayed this conversation to me...ummm....a hundred and two times. When she went to pick up the car today they said the final price is actually $99.99. Laura is pretty upset over this. In fact, we would have rented the car somewhere else but Laura got mad at some other car company and hung up the phone on them. (Laura has a bit of a "anger management" problem...she was once forced to take Agressive Driving Classes) OH WELL. I'm not going to let some $20 stand in the way of the greatest day of my life.
I am now 12.5 hours away from ....THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE EVER. People say the best time of your life is your wedding. I say take me to a wedding that isn't full of stress. Other people say the best time of you life is having children. I guess these people didn't watch Maternity Ward last night. I didn't see any good times being had there. One kid was born with her bladder on the OUTSIDE. In fact they didn't even know what sex it was for a while. None of the mothers on the show seemed to be having fun. So the best time has to be seeing Bright Eyes live.
Perhaps I will post hourly updates as to how my excitement is increasing. Perhaps.
