I'm a bubble in a sound wave
I am now the proud owner of two Bright Eyes tickets. Many people have told me through out my life time that I'm the coolest person in the world (or at least Ottawa). I'm really starting to believe it now. How many other people do you know in Ottawa have Bright Eyes tickets? No wait....TWO Bright Eyes tickets. Hrm? No one.
I am also the proud owner of the new Sleater-Kinney album One Beat. You can download the title track here. In the hopes of not sounding repetitive or losing all crediblity: It is fantastic.
Tonight..............TOOOOOOOOONIGHT...........I really have to drag this out because you won't want to necessarily read this:
I am going to see:

Sum 41.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh. Shhhhhhhhh. If you must know, my friend won tickets.
BUT...I am going to pretend I'm seeing Belle & Sebastian. Crazziness? No way. When I went to this club in London they advertised that they played wicked musik like Belle & Sebastian, but instead played Sum 41. This can only lead me to conclude that Sum 41 are on the same level as Belle & Sebastian. Right? (Probably the club I went to wasn't that "cool"). But I have fun pretending.
This morning I thought I was going to die from embarrassment. But I'm still here to tell you this so my earlier assessment was incorrect.
Now playing: Sympathy by Sleater-Kinney
